Create your own templates or choose from our library for recurrent meeting types
Templates are a convenient way to guide the AI to ensure your notes are consistently formatted and summarised in the most helpful way for you. Superthread ships with many templates out of the box. You can view them and create your own from Settings > Workspace > Templates > Notes
Creating templates
Each template should have some high level context describing the type of meeting it should be used with. You can then add ‘sections’ that will appear as headings within your notes. Each section can have its own instructions for what they should should contain.
- Title & icon – a short memorable name and icon to make the template easy to recognise throughout the app.
- Meeting context – a high level description that will help the AI understand the purpose of the meeting.
- Sections – the AI will summarise notes into these headings. You can create as many as you like and re-order them.
Favourite templates
To use a template, you must ‘favourite’ it on the Templates setting screen by clicking the ‘star’ icon. Favouriting makes things easier to manage when there are potentially a very large number of templates in your workspace.
Share templates with your team
Templates can be private for you, or shared with everybody in your workspace. When shared, other workspace members will be able to view and apply your template to their own notes. You can only edit and delete your own templates. If you would like to edit an existing template, you can create a duplicate of it and make it your own.
