Page sharing
Share pages on the web to make them accessible to people outside of your workspace.
Sharing within your workspace
Superthread pages belong to the Space they are in. This means any team member that can view the Space can also view any pages within it. If you want to restrict who can see a page, you’ll need to make the Space private or drag the page into a private space.
Share to web (publish)
To share pages with people that don’t have a Superthread account, or with people that do not belong to your workspace, you’ll need to publish the page to the web. This is useful for sharing job specs, creating a public changelog, or creating help documents.
How to share to the web
Click on the 3 dot menu in header of a page and turn on ‘Share to web’. This will create a view-only shareable link for the page. Anybody with this link will be able to view the page. You can also choose if those pages should be indexed by search engines, or not.
Note: Inline comments, @mentions, and links to other cards and boards will not be visible in the shared version of your page.
Sub-pages inherit settings from their parent page. This means that if you share a page to the web, any subpages it contains will also be shared.
