What is the difference between open, view-only and private spaces?
Open spaces are available for workspace members to join and contribute. View-only spaces let a broad audience read while editors manage the content. Private spaces are limited to named members. -
Can clients or guests access a space?
Yes. Guests can be invited to the spaces they need without gaining access to the rest of the workspace. Their role determines whether they can edit or only view the content available to them.
